Description
Project Assistant with strong writing skills . Responsible for participating in the development and editing of written documentation such as user guides, training courses, technical reports, program and system documentation, procedures, proposals and other published information in IS. . Translates technical data into well thought out, comprehensive documents. In support of the Investments client projects this candidate will: . Attend and update meetings documentation. . Track and summarize data from research groups. . Provide research on best practices building on existing data already gathered. . Assist with reviews, assessments and documentation of research findings. . Provide other project support and assistance. df-tc

Experience/Skills
Skills: . Understanding of process improvement, especially with documenting business processes, flow-charting, and captruing content of complex meetign discussions. . Familiarity with NM Investment processes desirable. . Excellent communication skills. . Tech writer with expertise with MS Office, including Visio in addition to Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience: . A journeyman level would be fully trained and competent in the role, but have less experience than the senior level person. . Typically at least three years of experience in the role would be needed to reach this level.
