I have been asked identify ideally regionally local U.S. Citizen Independent Consultant Project Consultant candidates that have a Top Secret security clearance with 4+ years experience in a consulting environment including demonstrated experience as a Systems or Network Administrator, 5+ years related marketing/product management/IT related sales experience, expert knowledge of system architecture, and total security solutions, experience configuring and implementing technical solutions (desktop firewalls, deployment strategizing, resource management, hardware design, software implementation, telecommunication related services), excellent Project management skills, extensive experience with the development of business cases and effective, enthusiastic, proactive & results-oriented team player with a demonstrated ability to partner with all organizational levels. Ideally Project Consultant candidates will have started out on a career path in an engineering who have the desire for IT related sales and have established a successful government customer base for an initial six months+ long term renewable independent contract with an option to hire in the Washington D.C. area (ideally regionally local area candidates: Virginia, Eastern West Virginia / Washington D.C. / Maryland / Delaware / Pennsylvania, no interviewing, travel or relocation expenses are provided. No visa sponsorship available and no 3rd party referrals, agencies or corp to corp referrals from multi-employee consulting companies, please, for any WSI requirements, no exceptions). ---------------------------------------------------------------- General resume submissions are always welcome, candidates who include the TARGETED cover letter as described below will be reviewed first for this opportunity. ----------------------------------------------------------------- The selected ideally regionally local U.S. Citizen Top Secret cleared Independent Consultant Project Consultant candidate will be the offsite and on-site Project Consultant for the client in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area with primary responsibilities to include direct responsibility for full-scale product life cycle projects for all existing products and services, to include sales, account management, launching, promotion, advertising, pricing, training, and forecasting. Secondary responsibilities include customer account management such as; delivering measurable accountabilities that encompass the development of marketing plans to deliver new product/services to the market; and acting as primary interface between the customer and internal Client resources. This long term project in the Washington D.C. area offers an initial six month+ long term renewable independent contract with a competitive starting rate in the $35 per hour to $45 per hour range depending on experience with no expenses available also with a possible option to become an employee. Requirements:

Qualified ideally regionally local U.S. Citizen Independent Consultant Project Consultant candidates with a Top Secret security clearance ideally will have a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering related discipline; MBA preferred, but for candidates with direct sales and marketing experience, the degree requirement may be waived. -4+ years experience in a consulting environment with demonstrated experience as a Systems or Network Administrator. -5+ years related marketing/product management/IT related sales experience. -Expert knowledge of system architecture, and total security solutions. -Experience configuring and implementing technical solutions (desktop firewalls, deployment strategizing, resource management, hardware design, software implementation, telecommunication related services). -Excellent customer interface skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. -Excellent Project management skills. -Extensive experience with the development of business cases.
