Description
Summary
Responsible for ensuring compliance and governance of established and new software development methodology. Promotes data integrity, compliance, and reliability of project management data. Utilizes various project management tools to compile information for use in analyzing and monitoring project data. Prevents and detects faults and bottlenecks in the project management process.

Responsibilities
Works under moderate supervision. Uses various project management tools to monitor data integrity of projects. Ensures compliance to the methodology process for all projects. Monitors approvals, content and deliverables for adherence to the methodology. Resolves issues with project management tools. Advises and trains users of the project management tools. Keeps management fully informed of the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of projects. Coordinates and facilitates meetings. Creates meeting agendas, minutes and records action plans. Tracks action plans for implementation. Ensures consistency across functional areas. Establishes rapport with project participants. Facilitates communication between departments involved in the development life cycle. May provide training on departmental procedures to team members. Required to meet established turn around times. Prepares reports used to manage and monitor project information. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.

Education/Experience
Four year college degree and 2 or more years of professionalor specialized experience or 4 or more years of professional experience is required. Must have previous professional experience coordinating projects. Must be aware and able to use project terminology.

Preferred Skills:
Appropriate TSYS experience is preferred.df-tc
