Job Description Responsibilities

â?¢ Prepare project reports and associated documentation in support of the Program/Project Managers
â?¢ Prepare weekly report updates as directed and distribute in a timely and accurately prepared manner
â?¢ Development and upkeep of all project reporting documentation
â?¢ Production and management of documents for clients and third party vendors including RFPâ??s, Bid, Awards, PO requests, MOP, and close out packages
â?¢ Maintain frequent and personal contact with clients to build strong relationships
â?¢ Communicate work inputs and needs to other team members effectively, accurately and professionally
â?¢ Organize and prioritize work flow
â?¢ Office support duties: maintaining/ordering office supplies, general office upkeep responsibilities
â?¢ Learn and stay current with technological aspects of industry



Requirements

â?¢ Self-starter, highly motivated and accurate and detailed in performance of work responsibilities/tasks
â?¢ Strong computer skills, specifically Outlook, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Project
â?¢ Good verbal and written skills
â?¢ Excellent trouble shooting and problem solving skills
â?¢ Ability manage multiple actions concurrently
â?¢ Schedule flexibility in terms of work hours as required by projects
â?¢ Pleasant and professional telephone presentation
â?¢ Adaptable team oriented individual with exceptional intrapersonal skills
â?¢ Ability to quick study new concepts and responsibilities
â?¢ Ability to development relationships and handle clients professionally
â?¢ Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and current drivers license
