Project Coordinator - Program Coordinator

If you are a Project Coordinator with at least 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment and a Bachelors Degree, please read on!

What you'll be doing:

- Coordinate with PM's and take responsibility for establishing and maintaining all parameters of a project in line with the initial contract, such as: schedules, costs and on time deliveries within budgetary constraints.
- Coordinating with P&C schedules according to contractual agreements.
- Identifying sub-contractors appropriate to the program requirements.
- Establishing target prices for production and sub-contractors.
- Monitoring the budget of assigned programs and advise management of anticipated deviations.
- Obtaining quotations from vendors/sub-contractors.
- Analyzing quotations and evaluating cost versus capacity prior to production.
- Analyzing actual performances (schedule and cost) during and upon completion of each project.

What you'll need:

- Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- A minimum three years program coordination experience within a manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts
- Purchasing experience a plus
