Qualifications:
At least 4 years Project Management/Project Coordination of large-scale,
complex projects
Must have a minimum of 7 years experience in IT
Proven leadership ability with technical teams of 10 or more
In-depth knowledge/experience with Project Management methodology
Expertise with project management software
Track record of successfully completing projects on time and in budget
Knowledge of Client/Server systems development methods & practices
Knowledge of Internet/Intranet systems
Understanding of strategic planning process
Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively work with all levels, including senior management
Knowledge of claims or claims systems is a BIG plus.
PMI certification is a strong plus
Insurance and/or Finance Industry experience highly desired
