We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator Specialist to join our team in Rancho Cordova, CA. Job Responsibilities: * Support the IT Construction department within the healthcare account as part of the Program Management Office. * This position is designed to have increasingly more responsibility and job growth over time. * It is expected that the successful candidate will become PM Professional and work on increasingly more complex projects. * Manages level one projects, the candidate will assist with project delivery by processing new project submissions; preparing scheduled and ad hoc reports using Enterprise Project Server; providing project support to management and other team members. * Participates in estimation and resource assignment activities, including updating, tracking, and follow-up on action items. * Provides back fill for other team members with responsibility for the administration of projects. * Based on priorities, the individual may be asked to assist with developing, implementing, tracking and reporting on the initiatives, and identifying and prioritizing areas of improvement in delivery and processes. Required Skills: * 3 years of project coordination, project analyst or related experience. * Exceptional follow-up skills and attention to detail. * Ability to prioritize requests from multiple associates. * Proficient in Microsoft Project. * Proficient at MS Office Suite. * Healthcare industry experience. * Ability to analyze complex processes in a structured and organized manner. * Experience in the implementation and close out phases of project management. * Strong process improvement and efficiency skills. * Strong time management. Desired Skills: * Experience in a Program Management Office. * Effectively work in an environment with changing priorities. * Work well in a fast-paced environment. * Construction and IT background.
