PMO Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

1.Maintain data collection for metrics, scorecards, status

2.Monitor Issue log and provide reporting and metrics as necessary

3.Assist in updating of standard reporting and communication package

4.Assist with administration of PMO processes

5.Execute periodic enforcement mechanism and audit for PMO Processes:
Operating Mechanisms, Knowledge Coordination and Standards Enforcement


Qualifications/Requirements

1.Clear thinker with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

2.Strong analytical skills, ability to identify root cause of issues and assess impact

3.Previous experience in project management or PMO, preferably on a systems implementation

4.Knowledge of IT systems and processes

5.Ability to work in a fast paced environment

6.Ability to use MS Office tools including Project, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Visio

7.Detail oriented

8.3 years previous experiencedf-tc
