A Project Coordinator is needed for a growing company on the west side of Madison! The Project Coordinator position is a contract to full time opportunity and reports to the Program Manager. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Program Manager with maintenance and documentation of entire portfolio of programs and projects, maintain Program Office Sharepoint website, track bid activity, and general administrative support. This is the ideal position for someone who wants to move into a Project Manager role in a telecom industry. The Program Manager plans to train and mentor the Project Coordinator to a Project Manager in the next two years. Experience/Skills
