This person will work with the design team and forum coordinators. The candidate will mostly do tracking and coordination. The candidate will also be required to accurately track billing information. The Account Manager will be responsible for tracking the posters as they are coming in for the forums. The candidate will use SharePoint to track where the posters are in the lifecycle stage of preparing it for the poster forums. When posters come in, they usually go to designers for creation and layout, writers for proof reading, to the print center, etc. This candidate will need to make sure this process is maintained and tracked for all posters.
