The Project Facilitator will Manage and Facilitate Statewide KSIS Implementation. They will be managing progress of the implementation making sure that the implementation is correctly deployed. The districts will be divided into four groups and groups will be in various stages of the implementation. The incumbent will be the sole point of contact and liaison between the Kentucky Department of Education and their clients.

Experience/Skills
Must have excellent experience with building relationships, diplomacy and obtaining client buy-in. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Must maintain a positive attitude work well under stress related situations. Must have the ability to work in rural and urban environments.
* Travel to various Districts(Personal Car with Mileage reimbursement)
* No Senior Level PMP or Certification Required
* Travel throughout State of Kentucky
* Travel 50-75% of time (3 days per week on average)
* There is some overnight travel (approximately 25%)

The mileage reimbursement is currently $.43/mile and is subject to adjustment every three months.
