Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for an experienced Project Analyst to join our team in Providence, RI.

The PA will operate in a matrix to ensure the successful completion of the projects. The PM will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of all PM deliverables including, but not limited to scope documentation, project schedules, status reports, meeting minutes, and budget tracking sheets. The PM will manage a team of diversified skill sets to complete the technical documentation as well as perform the development and testing required to place the software into the production environment. The PM will act as the customer's single point of contact for their projects and must be able to report project status on a pre-determined cycle.

Job Responsibilities:
Typically, the Analyst level in the Program / Project Management role is one of project support, gaining experience and understanding of good practices of how initiatives remain on schedule and within acceptable parameters. The analyst may prepare status reports, coordinate project plan input for the project leader(s), set up meetings and publish minutes, organize project information, follow up on action item assignments, and provide assistance to the project/ program team and project/program leader.

You will manage the creation and delivery of discrete deliverables directly to customers as well as providing leadership, assistance and advice to customers. In addition, you will be are responsible for the overall program/project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements with a major emphasis on management and coordination tasks. You will manage Perot Systems, customer and third-party vendor resources while ensuring good practices in standard methodologies and processes are used throughout the engagement to deliver an integrated solution. And, act as a business partner in development, sales, service design, existing business growth, and delivery of new business for Perot Systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an environment delivering IT Software Development projects.

Required Skills:
  • Experience managing IT Software Development projects
  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience managing projects
  • Experienced using MS Project

    Desired Skills:
  • PMP certification
  • Healthcare experience
  • Consulting/Outsourcing experience

    Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited college/university
  • Advanced degree a plus
