Genesis10 is seeking a Project Lead who is responsible for project planning, managing resource milestones for project deliverables, resolution of issues, and communication of project status or project issues to management and executives.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Primary Responsibilities:
. Follows policies, procedures, and standards based on PMO best practice
. Works with PM to define scope of systems development project and is able to assess the business and technical impact.
. Ensures that requirements are thoroughly and accurately documented in accordance with standards techniques utilized by the IS department.
. Investigates alternative approaches to solving information needs.
. Participates in the determination of equipment and software requirements and reviews the results of system projects to determine whether the system meets implementation needs.
. Develops detailed project plans and schedules along with project costs including development resources, hardware requirements, and purchased software requirements.
. Manages the scope and change control of projects to ensure project milestones are not impacted without approval from IS Management and the Project Sponsor.
. Tracks actual resource usage against planned usage and takes necessary steps to ensure projects stay on track.
. Reports project status and issues on a regular and timely basis to IS and user management, executives, and project participants; mediates issues between users, team member, or other IS personnel.

Qualifications:
. Multiple years of project leadership experience
. Displays initiative and self-motivation
. Effective verbal and written communication skills
. Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
