Description
Is accountable for all activities assigned to the project. Conduct special project to compare IT audit framework versus current department practices. Conduct, facilitate and monitor work efforts on a daily basis. Track project status and schedule and report to senior management. Develop project plans, risk management plans, and project documentation. Identify assignments. Communicate with area senior personnel and management on items that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort. Identify the activities required to define business goals. Identify the impacts of adjustments to project plans and/or resource requirements. df-tc
