Project Leader - REQ-134

The Project Leader will align with Business, IT, and External partners to support improved processes with Technology. Solutions that drive the growth and objectives.

The Project leader will be responsible for all aspects of the Software Development. Life Cycle (SDLC) including but not limited to the following: Provide analytical, technical, business and/or management expertise to the project team. Serve as a change agent for the business and project. Provide the executive management with options and associated benefits/risks when evaluating the process technology solutions.

3-5 years business analysis/project lead experience in a Retail IT environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Works effectively under pressure, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously and can work without direct supervision. 4 year degree in Computer Science or Business Administration. Working knowledge of RPG IV and or SQL CL preferred.
