MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 1.Five (5) years experience within the last seven (7) years providing consultation for systems analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications; 2.Five (5) years experience within the last seven (7) years in the development, deployment, and maintenance of Project Office. 3.Five (5) years experience within the last seven (7) years in the development, maintenance, and evaluation of QA methods standards and procedures for a quality assurance program in a large scale IT environment (5000 users or greater); 4.Five (5) years experience within the last seven (7) years in the software development cycle, systems analysis, and design; end-to-end testing in a large complex environment (5000 users or greater); documenting and testing solutions to IT problems; working with client/server and network architecture; 5.Three (3) years experience within the last three (3) years working with MS Office Professional, MS Project Manager, and Visual SourceSafe (VSS) version 5; 6.Three (3) years working knowledge within the last five (5) years in relational databases (MS Access, Oracle 8.x or higher); 7.Certificate in Microsoft Project 2002; 8.Certificate in Microsoft Project Management Server 2003; 9.Six (6) months experience within the last two (2) years working with Microsoft Project Professional 2003 Principals only.
