JOB DUTIES: Senior level Project Manager for the CAx Integration group which is responsible for the design, deployment, configuration management and level 3 support of Distributed CADCAM computing systems in the Single Glass, Distributed CATIA and Windows based V5 environments. This position will be responsible for all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion and acts as primary project contact to meet project objectives. Participates in or develops mechanisms for establishing, monitoring, and integrating project elements. Activities includes definition of scope, work statements, schedules, resources, costs, risk, quality and communications concerning both change management process and decisions by project managers, line managers, and customers to meet company business objectives. JOB SKILLS: The applicant must be able to analyze and document test plans to validate the integration of complex systems of multiple applications. The applicant must have an understanding of the complexities of testing especially related to operating systems and applications and be able to analyze and create complex test plans for the integration of these system. The applicant must have good interpersonal work well in teams, and have written and verbal communications skills. Apply knowledge of software engineering to analyze technical requirements and specifications and to develop plans for application of quality techniques to the development of software and computing systems. Ability to develop test requirements and plans in order to support verification of operational software and computer systems. Education Prefer a bachelor's degree in computer science and 6 years experience or a master's degree and 4 years' experience. Additional Comments Understanding of SEI/CMM and process management concepts and techniques.
