Senior Management

Basic Function:
Directs and manages complex IT projects that support the Company?s strategies.

Principal Responsibilities:
1. Provides inter-group coordination and team work between IT and different business units to enable successful achievement of business objectives and priorities.
2. Responsible for the planning and justification of resources - financial, personnel, and additional resource requirements required to support Business Units, to include coordination across business units and functional areas.
3. Provides a comprehensive Project Report to management and supported business units to include metrics to monitor and drive efficiencies, ensure proper resource allocation, and track progress on current project work load.
4. Manages project assignment including costs, schedules and deliverables to successfully drive IT initiatives and develops projects work plans.
5. Coordinates with business unit organizations for future requirement and timing of hosting projects.
6. Coordinates with Sr. Management and directors for IT projects to ensure integration of new initiatives.
7. Ensures Corporate Project Management process and standards.
8. Provides close out report and reviews results (to include trends) to business units and recommendations for further enhancements to project process.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree Information Systems, or Computer Science, MBA preferred
  • PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) preferred
  • Proven track record of successful large complex project management
  • Requires a minimum of 10 years of technology project management.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with aggressive deadlines
  • Persuasive, enthusiastic, and proactive
  • Advanced project management, problem solving, organizational or time management skills and creative thinking skills
  • Strong Negotiation skills and Customer Relationship Management
    Advanced written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent decision-making and analytical skills
