Genesis10 is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 3 month contract position in the Fort Worth, TX area. This project is scheduled to begin 8/16/04.

***Note..This is a W2 only position; no 3rd party candidates can be considered..US Citizens/Green Card Holders only.

The Project Manager position will manage the projects defined by the leadership team as supporting the objectives of the turnaround effort.
These positions are responsible for ensuring that all of the appropriate project team members are identified, engaged and participating from the functional areas, as well as, from the appropriate departments within the regions outside of California except the Mid-Atlantic region.
Lastly, they are responsible for ensuring the successful software development and delivery through corporate disciplined and accepted project management processes.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensuring that the product requirements are technically sound, clearly defined and actionable.
Contributing to and defining estimates (time, money, resources, etc).- Integrating schedules between the project team and any other organizations in which there is a dependent relationship.
Assisting the team in problem solving and developing a solution, and minimizing technical barriers to the business solution.
Identifying the technical risks to the project and establishing contingency and risk mitigation plans.
Managing the budgets and schedules for the initiative, tracking project actuals and comparing to plan.
Identifying and resolving escalations
Establishing and tracking commitments.
Requires minimal travel to Oregon.df-tc
