Description
Major Duties and Responsibilities: - Project planning and estimating - Ensure creation of all project documentation (Statement of Work, Change Controls, Status Reports, SDLC deliverables) - Provide ongoing financial management of projects (typically 3-10 concurrent projects lasting 1-6 months) - Manage resources and chargeability of onsite and offshore team members - Manage multiple business and IS client relationships - Lead Business Analysts in gathering business requirements through client interviews - Coordinate Creation/review/sign off on Analysis and Design documentation with client and Business Analysts - Work with client IS and technical architects for technical designs and migration planning - Obtain client reviews and signoff for project milestones (requirements/design complete, User Acceptance Testing signoff, etc.) - Ensure functional designs and prototypes are in line with existing client design standards - Manage and ensure quality across all development, test planning and execution activities - Manage QA Team Lead in ensuring the system functions as designed - Facilitate transition to client support or IS support Additional responsibilities include the following: work with client project leadership to refine resource requirements, project processes, and provide status to client project leadership. Other responsibilities include working with the Web Development Center technical architects to provide insight on the functional designs of web projects, specifying the application solution framework, work estimating and managing work effort across all assigned projects
