RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide project management to support the Labor Scheduling System Upgrade project and the Labor Demand Planning Project.. This position meets with business partners to determine project needs, scope and strategy. Responsibilities include all aspects of the LCM for large, complex projects, from requirements definition, and analysis, to design and development, through quality assurance and post-implementation monitoring and support. The Project Manager will direct and coordinate activities between the project team, functional area requesting the project and vendors. They will effectively communicate, monitor work streams and provide leadership and support to team members to ensure that projects meet time, scope and budget constraints.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* Bachelor’s degree in or equivalent
* Proven knowledge and understanding of Walt Disney World policies and procedures
* Demonstrated strong understanding of Life Cycle Methodology
* Demonstrated budget and scheduling management skills
* Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated coaching and leadership skills
* Demonstrated strong ability as a Project Manager
* Demonstrated strong negotiating and influencing abilities

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Proven knowledge of Labor Management processes
* PMP Certification
* Demonstrated strong time management skills
* Proven technical experience and strong understanding of Object Oriented Design Concepts
* Demonstrated strong analytical skills
* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
* Demonstrated problem solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage conflict/resolution
