    Perot Systems is currently looking for a Development Project Manager to join the Insurance Operations team in Lincoln, NE.



    Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform all duties of project management involving communication, forecasting, managing, and status reporting.
  • Identifies new business opportunities, documents them, and promotes them as required to both the client and Senior Management
  • Provides communication point for client and administrative teams in regards to on-going projects and developing new initiatives
  • Maintain project efforts within the anticipated timeline and budget providing explanations for differences and explanations for the customers.
  • Recommend project priority placement for all projects.
  • Negotiates client’s issues and involves the Client Relationship Manager in relationship issues.



    Required Skills:
  • Experience managing large complex projects
  • Experience with MS Project or other scheduling tools.
  • Ability to orally present system changes, both simple and complex, to various groups.
  • Candidates must have solid Project Management experience.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several variables.



    Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University.

    Minimum Certifications or Professional Credentials
  • Candidate must have or be pursuing a PMP Certification
