Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team in MECHANICSVILLE, VA.

Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for leading projects using the PSC project management methodology (P3MM) and the project management quality program (PMQP) guidelines- Project management, planning, and coordination of projects with matrixes teams.
This role will encompass executing and delivering all aspects of project planning including creating the WBS, project work plan, budget preparation and tracking, staffing, RAIDO, project initiation documents creation, project planning document creation, project communications, as well as client relationship development and vendor management.

Required Skills:
  • 3 - 5 years of hands-on project management experience following a formal methodology & producing the methodology deliverables

  • 3 - 5 years of Microsoft Project experience

  • 2 years of MS Excel experience

  • Excellent oral & written communications


    • Desired Skills:
  • 2 plus years of MS Project Server Experience

  • PM experience in both software development & infrastructure projects


    • Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • BS or work equivalent


    • Professional Credentials:
  • PMP is a desired certification
