Description
Entry Level Position:
~Act as the end user escalation point of contact for all related services
~Manage and oversee local performing supplier asset refresh processes at the site
~Provide procurement support mapping requirements to standard services
~Approve requests consistent with established business rules and standards
~Support unique/non-standard IT related service requirements approved at the site
~Manage projects defined by leadership having unique requirements/delivery
~Provides plan and schedule development support
~Generates and distributes plan and schedule reports
~Prepares required presentations and graphics
~Participates as a member of the project team
~Provides data input and analysis
~Implements processes in place, for gathering and managing requirements and data for specific projects
~Maintains project schedule
~Ensures project scope and success factors are communicated throughout project team

Experience/Skills
Required Skills/Experience:
~Effective and high level of oral and written communication skills
~Interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members
~High degree of professionalism and integrity
~Ability to understand and translate customer business requirements
~Analytical and creative ability where problems are difficult
~Proficient with personal computer hardware and software
~Familiar with at least one project management tool set
~Proficient with PC based databases
~Minimal experience with project management
~Understands Critical Path Method (CPM) methodology, techniques, and scheduling
~Ability to maintain project schedules and data
~One to three years Project Management and/or business experience

Education Required
~Bachelor's degree and/or three years equivalent work experience
