Back End Website Developer Start date 3/3/08 End date listed as 8/1/08

Successful candidate will be part of an e-strategy initiative to develop and deliver web-based products. Products include microsites, advertising, custom newsletters, webcasts, videos, surveys, or a combination of these.

He/she will be responsible for developing project plans and managing to the plans in addition to creating budgets, gathering requirements, developing best practices, ensuring schedules are adhered to, reporting on the effectiveness of the products, and ensuring all necessary materials are collected in a timely fashion.

The Web Project manager will also be responsible for creating and deploying development processes including the creation of standardized documentation.

Qualified Candidate will:

- Plan and manage multiple project implementations
- Ability to manage projects for internal stakeholders as well as external clients is a must
- Develop schedules for the planning and execution of one or more products and track the performance
- Ensure timely communication through regular meetings with key stakeholders.
- Liaise and manage vendors and other third-parties
- Support sales efforts be participating in the RFP process
- Identify and pilot innovative best practices
- Provide guidance and support to the other web team members and product managers
- Adhere to publishers production and operational deadlines
- Possess extensive experience and knowledge of Web functions including online adverting and SEO best practices
- Have 4 or more years of online product management experience in a business-to-business environment
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate a proficiency in online product development and implementation
- Knowledge of HTML & CSS development
- Formal project management training or certification a plus
- Have a Bachelors degree
