Description
Manage Project for consolidating FAA Service desk on ITIL model and implementing supporting tool sets. Directly responsible for ITIL process implementation and tool set implementation. Manage all phases of project on the PMI model. Work with prime and customer balancing competing interests.

Education:
  • Requires Bachelor's of Science Degree or equivalent

    Required Certification:
  • ITIL Foundation

    Experience:
  • Minimum 8 years of related experience

    Specific Skills Required:
  • Project Management (all aspects)
  • Business Process Reengineering on the ITIL Model
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure operations, specifically Service Desk Operations

    Desired Skills/Experience:
  • ITIL Service Manager
  • Previous experience in transition/consolidation of service desks
