Short Description: Sr. Project Leader Complete Description: Is accountable for all activities assigned to the project team. Facilitate and monitor work efforts on a daily basis. Track project status and schedule and report to senior management. Develop project plans, risk management plans, and project documentation. Identify teamwork assignments. Communicate with area senior personnel and management on items that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort. Identify the activities required to define business goals. Identify the impacts of adjustments to project plans and/or resource requirements.
