General Summary:
This position is responsible for providing project support by assisting with client education, support, and assistance to the project team during project activities for company software products for clients in the healthcare industry.

Essential Job Functions:
Provides support and assistance to Project Managers throughout implementation projects.
Provides client education and training via telephone (voice & web tools) as needed.
Coordinates and participates on implementation status calls with project managers and other team members as needed. May facilitate calls in project manager’s absence.
Analyzes data received from client/system to troubleshoot system problems/operation.
Works with clients to troubleshoot system functionality issues.
Builds critical indicators and adhoc reports for clients.
Execute utilities and perform database checks for sites.
Performs detailed interface testing as needed to ensure a complete and accurate interface.Works with site and Technical Services on interface issues.
Teams with Publications Department to ensure updated Implementation Manuals.
Updates office internal system.
Responsible for learning new software updates and integrating latest software versions into current processes.
Project manages purchase orders and contracted services to include interface modifications, new interfaces, regulatory projects, ancillary module implementations, and others as appropriate.
Prepares and manages own project plans for own sites and monitors timelines throughout the project and assists project managers in updating their project plans.
Maintains project documentation including letter requests, scheduling web sessions/meetings, and other project support documentation as needed for own sites and when assisting project managers.
Prepares site status reports for own sites and assists project managers in preparation of site status reports.
Maintains client’s only Implementation web page.
Other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
Bachelor degree required, preferably in computer or healthcare related field.A combination of experience and formal training and certification may be substituted for the degree.Minimum of two years experience in supporting, training, or implementing clients, preferably with a software product in a healthcare environment.
