Global Financial Firm located in JACKSONVILLE, FL has an immediate opening for a Project Analyst.

Scope of Work:
Project Analyst, document the program and project metrics and associated activities. Maintaining current program level information and documentation of the technology environment supporting the remote agent call center environment.

Competencies Required:
Analytical Skills. Extensive experience developing and documenting critical support process within a complex technology environment. SharePoint Power User experience, Visio, Office tools, Powerpoint, Excel. Ability to independently work with the project teams to identify process needs, develop supporting process documentation, and make available within the sharepoint site. Implement version controls and documentation standards, update and process management controls. Requires the experience to be able to develop technical documentation regarding complex technical solutions that are understandable to the wide user community.df-tc
