Description
Assist with 8+4 budget assignment with any Fidelity requirements
Documentation of the current Fidelity spreadsheet process (monthly, quarterly and year-end & external dpts.)
Documentation of converting the Fidelity information into our current budget process.
Identify any process improvement and implement them into the Fidelity process.
Work with Fidelity Account Rep. to align Fidelity Invoice with budget.
Establish a process with Wholesale Marketing to obtain revised DP volume estimates on a scheduled basis
Coordinate Fidelity changes to the upcoming 2005 Round 2 assignment.
Incorporate any changes to the Fidelity process based on the new Global contract agreement
Create and document a repeatable process to provide FA Contingent Liability information
Assisting with the 8+4 assignment as a budget coordinator 10. P.O. renewals in place by year -end.
Year-end closing in December
