PROJECT MANAGER (ADMINISTRATIVE)

ACTUAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is a mid-level opportunity with the company and is not a management position. Provides direct support to Assistant for Administration, UnderSecretary of the Navy (AAUSN), on financial issues and the implementation of BRAC decisions. Provides financial oversight of BRAC environmental program execution. Create and maintain financial execution records for the Navy BRAC environmental accounts and prepares financial progress reports. This position will liaison and coordinate activities with all levels of stakeholders within the Department of the Navy. There will be routine interaction in the performance of duties with mid/senior level government civil servants. The incumbent will work with very limited supervisory oversight in executing work.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and ten to twelve years of related (technical environment) experience. Knowledge of DoD financial management and the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution process. Familiarity with Navy infrastructure and organizations. Ability to review and analyze BRAC-related planning documents and provide detailed recommendations. Experience in writing Service-level policy is required. A SECRET or higher Security Clearance is required. Very limited travel will be required. Ability to communicate effectively, work in a collaborative environment, and handle multiple tasks with little or no direction. Working knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Applications-specifically Excel,Word and Power Point.

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:
Knowledge and experience in working with Navy organizations on financial issues and other related requirements. Familiarity with the DOD Planning,Programming,Budgeting and Execution process, data analysis and business case analysis.
