Project Manager/Business Analyst with ITIL for Bedminster, NJ - PER

I have a contract to permanent job for a business analyst in Bedminster, N.J. with at least 5 years of business analysis and project management background, and at least 2 years of ITIL and financial management experience. Since this is a contract to permanent position, and our direct client is not looking to sponsor anyone or transfer any visas, I can only consider U.S. citizens, green card holders, and EAD holders with green card currently being processed. Salary once the job becomes permanent, after the initial 2 year contract period is in the 100K to 105K/year range. State the hourly W2 rate you require during the contract period. I recommend going no higher than $45/hr W2 to be competitive in this market. I can only consider candidates local to New Jersey. You be involved with business partners, process engineering, IT development, sales, and servicing. You will define and document business requirements (Scope and JRD), develop user acceptance test plans (UAT), user certification test plans (UCT), perform testing and execute system releases.
