Jawood is seeking a Project Manager to manage a CRM Project. A phased approach will be utilized within the deployment of the CRM application across multiple years. The Project Manager will ensure that all designs, plans and coordination have been accounted for in order to deploy the application.

Candidates must have the following skills and experience:

• Experience with project management.
• Experience with information system implementation and acceptance testing.
• Experience interfacing with all areas affected by the project including stakeholders, program/business/relationship managers, vendors and end users
• Experience with CRM deployment.
• Experience integrating with SAP
• Experience developing and delivering presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Facilitation skills.
• Ability to engage client executives.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma a plus.
• Project management certification
• Knowledge, experience and projects deployed for a call center (311) and processing of work orders in a public sector environment
• Knowledge and experience integrating COTS (Customized off The Shelf) solutions with the Mainframe and with COTS Work Order Management applications
• Knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance.
