Currently, we are seeking a Project Manager, with Call Center project experience, for a long term contract position in the LA area. LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY.




Job Description:

The Project Manager must be strong PM with specific experience with CONTACT CENTER/CALL CENTER implementation projects including the implementation of contact resolution and call routing technologies (specifically SAP, SEIBEL, Avaya and Genesys). Will perform a wide variety of project management tasks including project plan development and tracking, communications to management and project stakeholders, coordinating efforts of internal and external teams, and providing overall project support. Experience with NIKU/Clarity is a strong plus.
