Description
Genesis10 is seeking a Project Manager for a Call Center in Madison for a 9 month contract.

Senior PM - Call Center Experience Preferred
Strategic thinker
Detailed
Solid project plans
Avoids issues, but when encounters them, can manage them
Works well with project stakeholders and knows how to "manage" them when necessary
Project is to replace tools that call center agents use
The vision on the project is done. Needs to execute against it
Project will implement technology in call center
Needs life insurance experience
Approximately 9 months in duration

Experience/Skills
Project Manager
4 yr college degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or Management Information Systems
Job experience equivalent: 7 years business operations or IT application development experience
Within the last 5 years:
o 3 years engagement experience managing large scale, complex projects with multiple dependencies ( >$2M budget with at least 15 concurrent project members)
o 2 years engagement experience on insurance industry related project(s) dealing with claims administration, customer relationship management or policy administration
o Experience facilitating the business through the assessment phase of a project including scope definition, high level requirement gathering, cost/benefit analysis development, etc.
o Experience using earned value management techniques for tracking and communicating project performance
o Experience gathering and presenting project progress and success metrics for executive level reporting
Demonstrated superior knowledge of the entire Software Development Lifecycle
Proven ability to lead a cross-functional, multi-sourced project team, that has an off-shore development component
