Description
Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Santa Rosa, CA.

Job Responsibilities:
  • This person will project manage various projects at the cancer center located at Santa Rosa.

  • This person will need to develop and document the deployment vision for the specific client's projects for the cancer center.

  • This person will need to drive the successful deployment of the technology solution to the specified site users.

  • This person will be responsible for schedule prioritization and management of resources to achieve successful project completion.

  • Typically teams will consist of Health System and Ministry employees, Perot Associates and Contractors.

    Specific Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop task orders, project planning documents and collaborating with the client and stakeholders for project plan approvals.
  • Conducting Project Initiation Workshops (PIW) and Project Planning Workshops (PPW).
  • Creating and maintaining the project schedule, Attaining and utilizing project resources in a matrix organization.
  • Tracking progress and variances and mitigating risk and issues throughout the lifecycle.
  • Inspiring confidence by providing timely and accurate status.
  • Delivering on time and on budget.

    Required Skills:
  • Health Systems - 3+ Years
  • Large scale, multi-site application deployment - 3+ Years
  • Project scope workshop facilitation - 3+ Years
  • Project Management - 3+ Years

    Desired Skills:
  • Budgets - 2+ Years
  • Due Diligence Analysis - 2+ Years

    Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • BA/BS
  • College Degree or equivalent work experience

    Minimum Certifications or Other Professional Credentials:
  • PMP - Not required but a plus
