Experience managing projects with the Pharmaceutical industry, specifically in that area of clinical trial execution.Candidate working with the defined software development lifecycle will be responsible for:? ensuring timely completion of all project deliverables; where substantive deviations from plan occur, provide early and formal communication to Sponsors to ensure that management has the opportunity to mitigate undesirable changes? preparing presentation material for review and approval by the appropriate Governance Boards ? organizing and establishing the project working environment? coordinating all project administration with input from the other sub-teams; project plans and sub-plans (e.g., training), and project/resource schedules (baseline vs. actual)? monitoring project costs? identifying and managing project risks? reporting project status/progress to Sponsors, ? chairing and facilitating project meetings? coordinating with the Business and with other groups? ensuring reviews and signature approvals (except those assigned to Informatics QA)? delivering a successful project outcomeAdditional skills required include:CommunicationsPresentation skillsFacilitationSelf motivated and able to work independently
