Are you a dynamic Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment? If selected for this role, you will lead customization projects for two of our biggest customers, Wal-Mart and McLane. You will manage the entire project life cycle, from planning and development of a formal Customer Proposal... right through to program delivery, for as many as 15 projects simultaneously. In this highly collaborative environment, your key interactions will occur with Customer Account Teams, Supply, Research & Development, Commercial Graphics, Packaging and Franchise. To succeed in this role, you must keep the projects on track, but equally important, you must keep internal teams and stakeholders apprised of project status and issues encountered throughout the life cycle.

In addition, this position carries with it another important responsibility... developing and managing a customer retail specifications database. The purpose of the database is to have one location to house all customer warehouse, back room, shelf and merchandising requirements for Masterfoods Snack brands. This is essential information for the Business Development Teams to develop the right product specs to meet customers unique store requirements. Our Winning Candidate will Possess:
* A BS degree; MBA a plus.
* 2 to 4 years related experience as a Project Manager. Must be adept at managing multiple projects through expedited timelines. Must also have an understanding of trade requirement for display vehicles and customized packs.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and team skills; proven ability to influence and build effective relationships with other functional areas.df-tc
