Description
Project Manager

·


Leads a team of 5-10 people (consultants & client employees) in the implementation (and on-going growth) of a back-end infrastructure, including data integration (Informatica), master data management (Initiate) and a data warehouse (Kalido);

·


Interfaces with client executives and third party vendors to plan, staff and execute project phases;

·


Works with Program Manager and other, parallel effort
Team Leads to coordinate overall program and project implementation;

·


Works with Practice Lead to strategize current and future engagements;


Required Skills:
A).
Must Have Skills Including Preferred # of Years
·


At least 10 years overall industry experience with a minimum of 5 years Project Management Experience;

·


5-8 years of relevant Enterprise Information Management experience, including data integration, data warehousing, master data management, data governance, business intelligence and database design and management;

·


Demonstrated history of managing, guiding and mentoring people (5+ direct reports);

·


At least 3 roles as Project Manager or Functional Lead of mid-to-large size EIM projects (e.g. >$500K budget, >5 direct reports or full-time team members);

·


Solid background in data management, including application development;

·


Thought
Leader in the area of Master Data Management / Data Governance as well as in Data Warehousing, Data Integration and Business Intelligence;

·


Experience with authoring Statements of Work, staffing (including working with sub-contractors), invoice approval, and project budgeting and monitoring;

·


Demonstrated ability to grow a client presence through becoming a trusted advisor;

·


Extremely strong communication skills – both written and oral; strong organizational ability;


B).
Nice-to-Have Skills
·


History of white papers and deep involvement in user groups and conference presentations;

·


History of business development;
