Project Manager - Position Requirements

?College degree in Computer Science or related field.
?Must be able to work well with people of varying technical abilities, internally and externally.
?Must be able to act as a role model in the areas of leadership, coaching, and team management practices
?Must be able to establish cohesive team relationships with staff and business partners
?Excellent communication skills - oral and written. Experience with writing technical documentation is a must (requirements definitions, system interface documentation, Test Plans, etc).
?Excellent knowledge of Project Management Principles and experience with application development life cycle, from Concept Definition to Prost Implementation.
?2 years of project management experience including staff supervision.
?5 years experience in application development
?3 years of experience with Microstrategy and relational databases.
?Experience with data warehouse and reporting technologies (Hyperion, Cognos, Business Objects, Teradata, Orcale, Microstrategy, etc.)
?Experience with OLAP and multidimensional database is a plus.
?General knowledge of version control software and methodologies.
?Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications, specifically Project and Excel.
?General knowledge of retail business practices - retail math, planning process, etc.
?Ability to define business requirements, develop project plans and establish project deliverables.
?Willing to be on call after business hours.df-tc
