Description
Perform the role of Project Manager for a complex application. Duties include:

? Plan, schedule and oversee the development of projects including the facilitation of requirements gathering and planning, resource allocation and customer interaction
? Ensure customer satisfaction of solutions by managing the details of overall project schedules and deliverables
? Direct supervision of staff, including extensive interaction with members of cross-functional teams, focused on the delivery of new or existing products to clients.
? Monitor projects from initiation through delivery
? Creation and maintenance of project schedules, with expert proficiency in MS Project and integration with Microsoft Access tracking database
? Monitor project billing within budget requirements/constraints
? Create Statements of work and Changes Requests, including budgetary analysis and appropriate staffing assignments, as necessary
? Manage scope, risks, issues and status reporting, ensuring compliance with corporate standards on all projects

Job Requirements:

? Project Management experience in a Professional Services environment
? Extensive experience with SDLC
? Familiarity with Java/Websphere technology
? Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with all levels of management, both internal and with clients
? Complex project management and delivery experience
? MS project - expert proficiency
? Excellent communication and presentation skills
? Understanding of the roles within an consulting environment
? Experience with resource planning and staff utilization
? 5+ years in Project Management role, managing multiple complex projects
? 3+ years direct supervisory experience
? Ability to react professionally to a changing environment
? Experience with the MS Office suite of tools
? Bachelor's Degree in related field
? Familiarity with CMM a plus
? PMP certification a plusdf-tc
