Description
Our client, a global leader in the hospitality industry and the world's largest internet retailer, has an immediate need for a Junior to mid-level E-Commerce Project Manager to manage 5 internet development projects (e-commerce) on their main website, as well as some of their branded sites. This client is has developed and is currently managing over 500 websites in 100 countries. Project Management for internet development project.

Requirements:
REQUIRED: 3-5+ years of web page/front end development work (either project management, business/systems analysis, systems/development lead management) in a high demand environment.

REQUIRED: 2-3+ years in a project management or development lead role and must be able to illustrate the ability to review requirements, work with business to ensure scope is clear, lead project kickoff meetings, develop and manage project plans, resolve project issues related to time and scope, run status meetings, and manage project risks.

REQUIRED: 1-3+ years of web page/front end development pertaining to direct to consumer eCommerce either as a business or systems analyst or web development lead (NO Business to Business or EDI background will be considered as B2C/Retail consumer eCommerce experience!!!)

Business analysis or systems analysis experience must reflect the ability to review system requirements, identify design challenges/incompleteness, phase scope into manageable implementations..

Ability to function in a fast paced, highly dynamic and changing environment.

Able to multi-task and run up to (5) projects varying in size and complexity at any given time

Previous Big 6 management consulting experience with team lead or project management experience preferred.

Experience/Skills
Confident in self and aptitude at learning project management concepts to strengthen the ability to lead with little direction from management yet aligns with team drive, standards, and methodology.
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
-Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Must have a college degree.

-Strong desire to transition web development experience into a stronger project management role is a MUST !!!
