Project Manager (ERP/CRM experience required)

Duties/Typical Activities

The Senior Project Manager CRM Systems will support a variety of Program- and Project-level activities, including:
Governance Program Support
Business Case Preparation
Project Intake Management
Project Scoring and Prioritization
Roadmap development
Development of Project Plans and Project Status Updates
Schedule forecasting and tracking
Resource planning
Budgeting and variance reporting

Key activities include guiding the development of a project roadmap for the SalesConnect program, incorporating input from regional and program office stakeholders, as well as new capabilities in the Salesforce platform.

The SalesConnect Governance process is a key focus for this position. The Senior Project Manager CRM Systems will perform Demand Management duties, including:

• Assisting Project Requestors to complete business case and project scoring templates
• Facilitating the scoring of projects by SalesConnect technical staff, IT partners, and vendors
• Preparing summary materials for the Governance Committee
• Governance Committee meeting attendance and presentation of recommendations for project gating and prioritization

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 5 or more years of progressive experience in Project Management of Systems or Business Process projects, including responsibility for scheduling and budgeting aspects
• Experience with ERP and CRM management in a large organization
• Experience in summarizing and presenting complex topics to non-technical audiences
• Experience managing a project portfolio, including prioritization, value realization and resource planning
• Effective personal communication with technical and management staff
