Project Manager - Facilities, Nashville, TN



  • Can you think beyond administrative responsibilities and ensure the effective functioning of business?
  • Do you have the ability to balance quality management with a challenging project schedule?

Position Overview:
You will assist in the implementation of a facilities management system and manage project budgets. It involves managing multiple large and small projects. (Several concurrent projects exceed $1 million each)

Responsibilities:



  • Manage internal customers as well as leading all subcontractors to ensure project completion
  • Collect data, provide trends and results for the overall direction of the business units
  • Complete project on time, within the budget and meet quality objectives

Qualifications:



  • Extensive experience of facility project tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Visio and AutoCAD.
  • Extensive professional experience in the areas of people and conflict management
  • Experience with data center and administrative offices
  • Large build-out experience
  • BOMA, IFMA or PMP certification
  • Good presentation skills
