Description
We are seeking numerous Project Managers to work at a major bank in NNJ. Must have Accounting background with General Ledger etc, in addition to a strong process background and excellent written/verbal communication skills. Initial contract duration is 1 year.

Lead a team to meet daily deliverables; Provide guidance and direction to team members; Report status update to management team; Participate in scheduled related working sessions; Document key activities and meeting notes related to project; Develop high level project scoping charter documents; Analyze and create system / process gap analysis; Identify key issues, risks, or issues which may cause impact to the project
Document key issues, related meetings and deliverables to manage project; Develop and design data and process flows, etc.; Update project plan and tasks; Document business / functional specifications; Coordinate the LOB participation in Finance testing; Monitor testing activity; Escalate issues and defects; Ensure LOBs are performing appropriate testing for merger integrations
Assist the LOB with difference research/resolution; Work with large group of individuals to accomplish key tasks; Communicate key messages in a timely manner.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Project management, analytical skills, excellent written and communication skills, ability to work independently, ability to meet deadlines, document and understand business data and financial flows, ability to lead a team.

Experience in Financial Services; Prior Intercompany expense allocation / charge back experience preferred;
Project management experience is essential; Business banking operations knowledge a plus (ACH, DDA, Funds Transfer, Custody, Securities Processing, Cash Management); Prior large consulting firm project experience is a plus; Financial accounting experience recommended.
