Global Clinical Supply Project Managers are responsible for identifying and managing the supply chain responsible for satisfying the clinical supply demand as defined by the Global Clinical Supplies Demand Project Manager. The Demand Project Manager is responsible for interacting with their Clinical partner to best define the drug demand profile forecasted for the subsequent 18-month period. The Supply Project Manager will ensure that drug supply plan is executed to the agreed upon timeline. The Supply Project Manager will be interacting with all internal supply-chain internal groups such as Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Manufacturing, Clinical Packaging, CRO Outsourcing, PharmSci Quality. The Supply Project Manager will also represent the Global Clinical Supplies group on the Pharmaceutical Development Team and Development Commercial Team. aspectsglobal demand profile and GLOBAL CLINICAL SUPPLIES informational requirements for Clinical Trial Studies. These studies are planned and initiated by ClinOps and Global Marketing, Medical and Scientific Affairs, SPKK, US Marketing, and Toxicology functions (herewith to be called the ?Customers'). The Project Manager is responsible for communications between GLOBAL CLINICAL SUPPLIES and these functions regarding Clinical Supplies Planning. This demand profile is translated into global Drug Supply Project Plans for each Clinical Study. The plans are then rolled up into one Project Management Consolidated Plan, for handover and negotiation with Resource Management. Once negotiated and agreed these plans contain committed milestone dates for drug supply for the Clinical Study, which will be communicated back to the ?Customer' by the Project Manager. MAJOR ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Information Gathering and Assessing, and Negotiating with Customer Responsible for maintaining close communications with the appropriate ?Customers' representatives regarding: ?
