Project Description:
Leads moderately complex projects with a medium to high corporate priority, have a significant budget(s) with a higher risk. Participates in negotiations with potential clients; assisting clients in the development of business plans, strategies, etc. Manages vendor relationships, provides subject matter expertise, analyzes and researches planned or proposed high profile changes to banking business operations; evaluates project life cycle.

Additional Information:
IT PM (would consider Sr. IT PM) with 5-10 years experience in IT project management. Management of 2 complex projects to support Long Beach Mortgage. Plan, organize and coordinate complex IT projects or phases that will use vendor resources. Provide clear, focused leadership to a cross-functional software development team. Provide details to the vendor partner regarding potential project to facilitate manpower planning and training. Clarify, document and processes, policies, and procedures in accordance to our Project Management Methodology. Serve as an information resource to project team members. Manage, generate, collect, disseminate, and store project information. Coordinate the diverse components of the project by participating and supporting quality project planning, execution and change control to achieve required balance of time, cost and quality. Prepare project management reports, including status reports and negotiate changes to project plans throughout project lifecycle. Provide conflict resolution and troubleshoot/mitigate risks and issues related to the project, and elevate to upper management when necessary.
