Dimension & Scope:
Working in our HR BPO organization you will be responsible for managing the implementation activities related to Benefits, Learning, Absent Management, and Conversions for a major global client.

This will include providing direction and support for life cycle implementation activities to support several HR Towers for the client Go-Live.


EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university with six to eight years related experience
OR
Equivalent combination of education and experience.


CANDIDATE PROFILE
1) Desire SAP full lifecycle implementation experience preferably as manager or project manager
focused directly on any of the following with full accountability for delivery - Benefits, Learning, Absent Management, and Conversions
2) 5 - 7 years HR systems implementation experience, may consider strong IT Outsourcing implementation experience in lieu of above
3) 3 - 5 years project management experience
4) 3 - 5 years direct staff management and supervision
5) Client Project Plan Maintenance
6) Internal Project Plan Maintenance
7) Management and escalation of Risks and Issues
8) Coordination for IT between the Functional HR Towers
9) Status reporting
10) Team meeting facilitation
11) Coordination and issue management with the PMO
12) Validation of Status and Deliverables
13) Communications management across the team (internal and overall project team)df-tc
