The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for setting strategic direction of projects and developing project plans that provide high quality and cost effective project management.

This is the second job in a three level Project Manager Ladder. At the second level, the Project Manager is responsible for leading projects of complex scope where analysis of data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Manager manages project time line by providing status reports and statistics of the development and deployment of the Technology. Escalating of any project issues to senior management and managing risks. Standardizing and monitoring the project management methodologies, managing funding and budget process. Assuring that project adheres to Release Management Process and Managing the Change Process within Project.

Participate in the development and maintenance of performance metrics, measurements, methods, and targets; assist in identifying performance improvement opportunities. The Manager will be required to know or learn the program and process methodology and to execute it within the established organizational framework and oversight processes.

Ideal candidates will have experience managing the implementation of healthcare and/or EDI system(s).
Experienced in client relationship management.

Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification is highly desired combined with significant practical experience.
