Description
Summary:
IT Customer Service Manager to manage the Customer Service function within the
Information Technology division.
Requirements:
Candidate must have proven excellent leadership skills and a high degree of
customer focus.
Will be managing a Help Desk staff in an on-call, rotating 24/7 operation.
Must have excellent people skills, problem analysis techniques, and methods to
track, monitor, and report on customer service functions. Strong project
management skills required.
IT Customer Service Manager will participate in Company strategic planning
initiatives, and provide consultation and expert advice to management,
customers, and vendors.
Successful candidate will have 7-10 years experience in related role in an IT
environment.
Experience within an AS400 platform, using JDEdwards One World, PeopleSoft
Enterprise, and Lawson Financial and HR suites is preferred.
Superior interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Bachelors degree in computer science or business administration.
